Coaching

As well as providing training courses, we also offer a coaching service to individuals, businesses and organisations wishing to increase their creative flair and capability Why Coaching? The Curved Path coaching programme is designed to ensure that creative thinking tools and techniques are embedded in your organisation and is offered either on a one-to-one or team basis.

By working with you on a regular basis over a period of time, we help you develop an in depth understanding of your own personal approach to creativity and innovation and offer a wider range of tools and techniques than is available through training courses alone.  We also provide active support whilst your organisation learns to implement good ideas management practice.

You get:- A free consultation lasting up to two hours in which we explore you and your organisation's approach to idea creation and management An outline report complete with recommendations for you to keep whether you decide to proceed with the programme or not A bespoke training programme for you and/or your organisation Weekly coaching in person or by phone 12 months access to our Creative Solutions service, an e-mail facility that provides alternative perspectives for any current question that you have Training, coaching and advice all in one programme
